Hawkins skates past Port of Los Angeles with ease

The Hawkins Hawks posted their biggest win since November 18, 2023 on Wednesday. They claimed a resounding 80-48 win over Port of Los Angeles on the road. The contest was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Hawkins had established a 25 point advantage.

Leading Hawkins to victory were Desmaj Murphy and De'Meiko Crawford. Murphy scored 19 points, while Crawford scored 24 points. Elijah Boston was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.

Hawkins has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a massive bump to their 10-11 record this season. As for Port of Los Angeles, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-12.
