Volleyball Recap: Calhoun Comes Up Short

Calhoun was the 3-0 winner over Jones when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Sandcrabs took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Trojans on Saturday.

Calhoun now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Jones, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-1.

Looking ahead, Calhoun will square off against Cuero on Tuesday. As for Jones, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Karnes City at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
