South Columbus came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with ten straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.8 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 10-3 margin over the Heide Trask Titans. Considering the Stallions have won seven games by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

South Columbus pushed their record up to 12-2 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.2 runs on average over those games. As for Heide Trask, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-11 record this season.

South Columbus will have a chance to go back-to-back against Heide Trask: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
