Baseball Recap: Bellevue Takes a Loss

Bellevue was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 17-2 to the Bryson Cowboys. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Cowboys this season, with their most recent defeat being a 11-1 loss back in March.

Bellevue saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Evan Chavez, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Bellevue's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10-1. As for Bryson, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.

As of now, neither Bellevue nor Bryson have any future games scheduled.
