Baseball Recap: Juanita Sanchez Complex Takes a Loss

After flying high against Times Squared Academy on Tuesday, Juanita Sanchez Complex came back down to earth. The Cavaliers fell 9-4 to the Tiverton Tigers on Thursday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cavaliers of the 14-7 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2019.

Juanita Sanchez Complex saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Justin Gonzalez, who went 1-for-3 with two runs.

Juanita Sanchez Complex's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Tiverton, their record is now 4-5.

Juanita Sanchez Complex wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 22-1 win against Classical on the 18th. Hopefully Tiverton paid attention to the Cavaliers' game: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Cavaliers at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
