Basketball Recap: Clermont Northeastern Comes Up Short

Clermont Northeastern was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 52-40 to the Felicity-Franklin Cardinals. The Rockets were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Cardinals earlier this season, when they won 47-39.

Clermont Northeastern now has a losing record at 9-10. As for Felicity-Franklin, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-8 record this season.

Coming up, Clermont Northeastern won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Miami Valley Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Felicity-Franklin, they also won't have to wait long for more action: they'll take on St. Bernard-Elmwood Place at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
