After failing to score in their last match, Eastern Wayne made sure to put some goals up on the board against Spring Creek on Thursday. They blew past the Gators 5-2. Eastern Wayne might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by three goals or more this season.

Taylor Waters and Jessalyn Vicente scored all five of Eastern Wayne's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 28 goals.

Eastern Wayne pushed their record up to 8-1-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 24 goals over those five games. As for Spring Creek, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5-2.

Eastern Wayne didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against Wayne Christian on the 21st.
