Soccer Recap: Crimson Cliffs Extends Winning Streak to Five

Crimson Cliffs proved they can win big last Tuesday (they won by three) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Snow Canyon Warriors 3-2. Crimson Cliffs' winning goal came courtesy of Austin Lyman.

The victory was the fifth in a row for Crimson Cliffs, bringing their record up to 6-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those five games. As for Snow Canyon, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Looking ahead, Crimson Cliffs will take on Dixie at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Dixie will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Crimson Cliffs surely won't give up without a fight. As for Snow Canyon, they will face off against Desert Hills at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Snow Canyon's defense better be ready for this one: Desert Hills has averaged an impressive 3 goals per game this season.
