Huntsville won the last time they faced Lauderdale County and things went their way on Friday too. The Panthers put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 12-1 victory. Considering the Panthers have won ten matchups by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Huntsville pushed their record up to 21-9-1 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Lauderdale County, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-8.

Huntsville didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 10-4 win against Siegel on the 4th. As for Lauderdale County, they will take on Bob Jones at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Tigers are facing the Patriots at the right time seeing as the Patriots are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
