Basketball Game Preview: Pinecrest Academy Paladins vs. Konos Academy Condor

The Pinecrest Academy Paladins will venture away from home to square off against the Konos Academy Condor at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.

Pinecrest Academy heads in on the heels of a playoff contest on Tuesday. They fell to Harvester Christian Academy 32-27.

Meanwhile, Konos Academy entered their tilt with Trinity Christian School of Griffin on Friday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. Everything went their way against the LIONS as they made off with a 51-29 win. The Condor have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matchups by 22 points or more this season.

Pinecrest Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Konos Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 11-8.

Pinecrest Academy came up short against Konos Academy when the teams last played back in February of 2023, falling 35-28. Can Pinecrest Academy avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
