Football Game Preview: Munising Mustangs vs. Inland Lakes Bulldogs + How To Watch

The Munising Mustangs will venture away from home to take on the Inland Lakes Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Munising has struggled recently with eight defeats in a row, while Inland Lakes will arrive with seven straight wins.

On Friday, Munising took a blow against Pickford, falling 55-6. While losing is never fun, the Mustangs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan football rankings (they are ranked 88th, while the Panthers are ranked 17th).

Meanwhile, Inland Lakes never let their opponents score on Friday. They blew past Pellston, posting a 66-0 victory. Fans of the Bulldogs have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.

Inland Lakes' win bumped their record up to 7-0. As for Munising, their loss dropped their record down to 0-6.

Munising couldn't quite finish off Inland Lakes in their previous meeting back in September of 2023 and fell 26-24. Can the Mustangs avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
