Waverly put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They never let the Everett Vikings get on the board and left with a 16-0 win. That looming 16-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Warriors yet this season.

TJ Stewart made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk). Stewart was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while going 2-for-3.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Iggy Arroyo, who went 2-for-3 with five RBI, three runs, and one double. That double was his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Dom Stone, who scored two runs and stole a base while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

Waverly always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .621. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Waverly pushed their record up to 6-0 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Coming up, Waverly will square off against DeWitt at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Everett, they will challenge Sexton at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
