Chris Jackson gave up the fewest walks he has since back in March on Wednesday. He turned in nothing short of a gem, striking out six batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off six hits (and only one walk). He also tossed a walk, which is notable because McLane is 3-1 when he allows at most one walk, but 8-11 otherwise.

Jackson's effort led McLane over Madera South and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
