Soccer Recap: High Point Baptist Academy Snags Eighth Victory in Last Nine Games

It may have taken extra minutes to finish the job, but High Point Baptist Academy ultimately got the result they hoped for on Monday. They won by a goal and slipped past the Mount Calvary Christian Chargers 2-1. Carli Beam had the honor of scoring the game-winner for High Point Baptist Academy.

High Point Baptist Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 31 goals over those nine matches. As for Mount Calvary Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-7.
