Greater Lowell Tech waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with eight straight wins... but they left with nine. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Medfield Warriors. The Gryphons have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Warriors, too.

One reason for the win was Greater Lowell Tech's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 26-24, 25-21, 25-19.

Daymeon Chea paced Greater Lowell Tech's offense, picking up 13 kills. Chea got some help from Luis Carrasquillo and his 18 assists. Aiden Sam controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Greater Lowell Tech's win was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-3. As for Medfield, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 10-6 record.

Coming up, Greater Lowell Tech will square off against Innovation Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Medfield, they will head out on the road to challenge Norwood at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
