After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Northwestern Lehigh, Northern Lehigh was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They blew past the Pen Argyl Green Knights 42-19. This was payback for the Bulldogs, who suffered a 32-14 loss the last time these two teams met.

Chris Frame had a dynamite game, rushing for 135 yards and two scores on only nine carries, while also picking up 51 receiving yards and one TD. Another player making a difference was Garrett Smoyer, who threw for 138 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

When it comes to explaining why Pen Argyl lost, don't look at Caiden Faust. Despite the final result, he rushed for 169 yards and one score on only 13 carries. Faust's longest rush was for an impressive 63 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.

Northern Lehigh now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Pen Argyl, their defeat was their first of the season and also makes their record 2-1.
