Football Preview: Wynot Blue Devils vs. Fullerton Warriors

It was another big night for Lane Heimes, who rushed for 143 yards and four touchdowns on only six carries. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up a sack and making eight total tackles. Braylon Hans did his part to keep the secondary busy, picking up 102 receiving yards.

Fullerton found their leader in sophomore Cael Dubas, who rushed for 254 yards and five scores while picking up 10.2 yards per carry. Those five rushing touchdowns set a new season-high mark for Dubas. Landen Glup also helped out as he racked up 102 rushing yards.
Wynot's record is now 7-1. As for Fullerton, their record now sits at 5-3.
Everything came up roses for Wynot against Fullerton in their previous matchup back in October of 2016, as the team secured a 44-16 win. In that matchup, the Blue Devils amassed a halftime lead of 38-8, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Thursday.
