The home team had won the previous six meetings between Rocky Mountain and Capital, and Rocky Mountain kept the tradition alive. The Grizzlies walked away with a 6-2 win over the Golden Eagles on Friday. Rocky Mountain is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.5 runs over those games. As for Capital, their loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-5.

Looking ahead, Rocky Mountain will challenge Borah at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Capital, they will host Ridgevue at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Golden Eagles are facing the Warhawks at the right time seeing as the Warhawks are stuck on a ten-game losing streak.
