The victory got John Carroll Catholic back to even at 2-2-1. As for Master's Academy, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 6-1.

Master's Academy took their win against John Carroll Catholic in their previous matchup back in January by a conclusive 6-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Patriots since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
