Basketball Recap: Campbell-Savona Comes Up Short

Campbell-Savona lost against Genesee Valley back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Campbell-Savona Panthers had to suffer through a 79-37 loss at the hands of the Genesee Valley Jaguars.

Campbell-Savona's defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Genesee Valley, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-5.

Campbell-Savona has already played their next contest (against Genesee Valley/Belfast), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Genesee Valley will square off against Friendship at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Genesee Valley knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three matchups -- so hopefully Friendship likes a good challenge.
