Football Recap: Legacy Christian Academy Takes a Loss

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 46-18, which was the final score in the Legacy Christian Academy Lions's tilt against the Maricopa Indians on Friday. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Legacy Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Maricopa, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Legacy Christian Academy will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Kings Christian at 7:00 p.m. on October 3. As for Maricopa, they will host Immanuel Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Indians will need to watch out since the Crusaders have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season.
