Basketball Recap: Noxapater Comes Up Short

Noxapater was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They lost 51-27 to the Philadelphia Tornadoes. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tigers of the 52-31 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in December of 2024.

Noxapater's loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Philadelphia, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-8.

Noxapater and Philadelphia will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time the Tigers see the court they'll take on Leake County at 7:30 p.m. on January 6, 2026. As for Philadelphia, their break will end when they face East Webster at 7:30 p.m. on January 6, 2026.
