Baseball Recap: Kenmore East Bulldogs vs. Kenmore West Blue Devils
Kenmore East hadn't done well against Kenmore West recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Bulldogs put the hurt on the Blue Devils with a sharp 7-1 victory. The Bulldogs not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 14th (when they won 14-2).

Erik Freeman was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he tossed seven innings while giving up just one earned run off nine hits. Kenmore East is undefeated when Freeman allows one or fewer earned runs, but 3-5 otherwise. Freeman was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Samson Mayle, who went 2-for-4 with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. That home run was his first of the season. Preston Renne was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.
