Volleyball Recap: Reagan Schwaderer and Olivija Kozul Secure Win for Oxbridge Academy

Oxbridge Academy picked up another tournament win on Friday. They came out on top against the Cushman Cougars by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the ThunderWolves.

Leading Oxbridge Academy to victory were Olivija Kozul and Reagan Schwaderer. Kozul had eight digs and four aces, while Schwaderer had eight assists and three aces. What's more, Kozul posted four assists, the most she's had over her last nine matchups. Gianna Pagano also deserves some recognition as she served her first ace of the season.

They weren't the only good servers: Oxbridge Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 13 aces. They are 5-1 when they serve at least ten aces.

Oxbridge Academy's victory bumped their record up to 7-9. As for Cushman, their loss dropped their record down to 10-8.

Oxbridge Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Leonard on the 27th. As for Cushman, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Sunset on the 27th.
