Volleyball Game Preview: St. John Bosco Braves vs. Santa Margarita Eagles

For the second straight game, St. John Bosco will face off against Santa Margarita. The Braves will head out on the road to square off against the Eagles at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

St. John Bosco took a three-set defeat the last time they faced off against Santa Margarita, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Braves came out on top in a nail-biter against the Eagles on Monday, sneaking past 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Braves have posted since March 19th.

St. John Bosco wouldn't go down easily and took Santa Margarita into a fifth set where they got it done with a two-point win. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-21, 20-25, 21-25, 15-13.

St. John Bosco's victory bumped their record up to 18-7. As for Santa Margarita, their loss ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 19-8.
