Baseball Recap: St. Francis Takes a Loss

St. Francis fell victim to Crespi and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Crespi Celts. The loss was the Golden Knights' first of the season.

St. Francis saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jordan Lewallen, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base. That stolen base was Lewallen's first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, St. Francis fell to 3-1. As for Crespi, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

St. Francis wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Newbury Park on the 26th. As for Crespi, they have also already played their next contest, a 7-0 victory against Simi Valley on the 26th.
