Basketball Recap: Karns Takes a Loss

Karns lost against Powell back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Karns Beavers lost 62-41 to the Powell Panthers. The loss leaves the Beavers without a win on the season.

Karns' defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Powell, with the win, they broke their six-game losing streak and moved their record to 1-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Karns will welcome Campbell County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Powell, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Clinton at 4:30 p.m.
