Football Recap: Camdenton Comes Up Short

After flying high against Battle last Friday, Camdenton came back down to earth. The Lakers had to suffer through a 63-7 loss at the hands of the Rock Bridge Bruins. The Lakers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 42-7.

Camdenton's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Rock Bridge, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Camdenton is set to take on their familiar foe Hickman at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Rock Bridge will square off against rival Battle at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
