Volleyball Recap: St. John's Prep Comes Up Short

The St. John's Prep Red Storm lost 3-0 to the Holy Cross Knights on Thursday.

St. John's Prep was not able to win a set, but it sure wasn't from a lack of trying: every set was decided by three points or less. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-22, 25-23.

St. John's Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. John's Prep will face off against Monsignor McClancy at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Holy Cross, they will be playing at home against Holy Trinity at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
