With a playoff win on the line, Barrow rose to the challenge on Friday. Everything went their way against the Kotzebue Huskies as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Whalers not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since September 20th (when they won 3-0).

Barrow not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Kotzebue between 16 and 18 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-16, 25-17.

Barrow is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 37-14-4 record this season. As for Kotzebue, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-17-2.

As of now, neither Barrow nor the Huskies have any future games scheduled.
