Chatfield's batters probably weren't too happy with Noah Mortenson, who pitched a no hitter and racked up nine Ks (he gave up two walks). Mortenson has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive pitching appearances.

On the hitting side, Heritage saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hunter Eells, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Meanwhile, Columbine suffered a rough 15-5 loss at the hands of Fossil Ridge on Wednesday. Columbine has not had much luck with Fossil Ridge recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

Aidan Jordan made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with a home run. AJ Pacheco was another key contributor, scoring a run while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

The victory got Heritage back to even at 4-4. As for Columbine, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3-1.
