After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Little Rock Christian Academy, Central was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 13-3 margin over the Bauxite Miners. Considering the Tigers have won eight matches by more than seven runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Central is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-13 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 4.0 runs on average over those games. As for Bauxite, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 18-8.
