Soccer Recap: Carrollton Comes Up Short at Home Against Starr's Mill

Carrollton unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the Starr's Mill Panthers on Thursday, falling 4-0. The Trojans haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

The victory got Starr's Mill back to even at 1-1.

Carrollton wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 3-2 win against Foley on the 17th. As for Starr's Mill, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Chamblee on the 21st.
