Baseball Recap: Jupiter Wins Going Away Against Dwyer

Jupiter won against Royal Palm Beach last Wednesday with 14 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Friday. The Warriors blew past the Dwyer Panthers 14-4. Considering the Warriors have won ten matchups by more than seven runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Jupiter got a massive performance out of Gabe Graulau, who went 2-for-4 with one home run and four RBI. Another player making a difference was Colton Schwarz, who scored two runs while going 3-for-3.

Jupiter was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .480. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Dwyer only posted a batting average of .211.

The win made it two in a row for Jupiter and bumps their season record up to 16-7. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.0 runs over those games. As for Dwyer, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Jupiter will welcome Park Vista at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Warriors 4, the Cobras 3) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for Dwyer, they will be playing at home against Centennial at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The Eagles' pitching crew has only allowed 3.4 runs per game this season, so the Panthers' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
