Basketball Recap: Ohatchee Finds Home Court Redemption Against Piedmont

There's no place like home for Ohatchee, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They came out on top against the Piedmont Bulldogs by a score of 46-33 on Thursday. The Indians have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bulldogs, too.

Ohatchee pushed their record up to 9-5 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.7 points per game. As for Piedmont, they now have a losing record at 6-7.

Ohatchee won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Ragland at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Piedmont, they and Etowah will face off at 6:30 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played.
