Basketball Recap: Lake Arthur Falls to East Beauregard in First Game of Season

Lake Arthur unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell just short of the East Beauregard Trojans by a score of 69-67 on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Tigers have suffered since January 10th.

East Beauregard has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Lake Arthur and East Beauregard will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time the Tigers see the court they'll take on Vinton at 7:00 p.m. on December 1. As for East Beauregard, their break will end when they face South Beauregard at 6:00 p.m. on December 1.
