Basketball Recap: Horicon Comes Up Short

Horicon lost against Oakfield back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Horicon Marshmen took a 45-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Oakfield Oaks.

Horicon's defeat dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Oakfield, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.

Horicon has already played their next match (against Valley Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Oakfield, they are taking a road trip to take on Central Wisconsin Christian at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
