Softball Recap: Hockaday Comes Up Short

Hockaday might've scored the first runs on Wednesday, but it was Parish Episcopal who claimed the real prize. The Daisies came up short against the Panthers, falling 11-1. The defeat continues a trend for the Daisies in their meetings with the Panthers: they've now lost four in a row.

Hockaday's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Parish Episcopal, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-1.

Hockaday and Parish Episcopal will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Daisies see the field they'll take on DasCHE at 5:00 p.m. on the 24th. As for Parish Episcopal, their break will end when they face Trinity Christian at 5:30 p.m. on the 24th.
