Freedom won the last time they faced Wharton and things went their way on Thursday too. The Freedom Patriots came out on top against the Wharton Wildcats by a score of 14-7. That's two games straight that the Patriots have won by exactly seven points.

The win made it two in a row for Freedom and bumps their season record up to 3-1. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 3.5 points on average over those games. As for Wharton, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Freedom will venture away from home to face off against East Bay at 7:30 p.m. on March 6th.
