After a string of ten wins, Ascension Catholic's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Northlake Christian Wolverines.

Ascension Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 15-10. As for Northlake Christian, they pushed their record up to 14-10-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.
