Volleyball Recap: Royal Palm Beach Takes a Loss

If Royal Palm Beach was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Lake Worth on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Wildcats lost 3-0 to the Seminole Ridge Hawks on Wednesday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wildcats of the 3-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-13, 25-17.

Seminole Ridge's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Tyler Warman, who had 17 assists and seven digs. That's the most assists Warman has posted since back in September of 2024. Another player making a difference was Emma Ginther, who had 13 digs and four assists.

Royal Palm Beach has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-4 record this season. As for Seminole Ridge, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 3-8 record this season.

As for Seminole Ridge, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Spanish River on the 16th.
