Soccer Recap: Pleasant Grove Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Pleasant Grove can now relate to. They fell just short of the American Fork Cavemen by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. Pleasant Grove were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced American Fork earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

Pleasant Grove has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-8 record this season. As for American Fork, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-4.

Pleasant Grove does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for American Fork, they will challenge Skyridge at 11:15 a.m. on Tuesday.
