Baseball Recap: Delavan-Darien's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Tuesday

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Delavan-Darien's offense. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jefferson Eagles on Tuesday. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Comets' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

The loss snapped Delavan-Darien's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 6-5-1 record. As for Jefferson, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.
