It was fun while it lasted, but North Marion's undefeated season came to an end after four games on Tuesday. They fell to the Scappoose Indians 61-57. The loss was the Huskies' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, North Marion fell to 4-1. As for Scappoose, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-2.

North Marion will take on Marshfield in a tournament on Thursday. As for Scappoose, they will be home for the holidays to greet Gladstone at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Scappoose's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three games.
