Soccer Recap: Crest Takes a Loss

Crest was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the South Caldwell Spartans. That's two games in a row now that Crest have lost by exactly two goals.

Crest's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5-1. As for South Caldwell, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-5-2.

Crest wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Forestview on the 18th. As for South Caldwell, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 0-0 draw against Hibriten on the 18th.
