Softball Recap: Plymouth Takes a Loss

After flying high against Hanover on Friday, Plymouth came back down to earth. The Bobcats fell just short of the Kennett Eagles by a score of 5-4 on Monday. The Bobcats haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Plymouth's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Kennett, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-4.

Plymouth didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 3-2 loss against Lebanon on the 30th. As for Kennett, they have also already played their next contest, a 13-0 defeat against Oyster River on the 30th.
