Softball Game Preview: Andrew Jackson Tigers vs. Englewood Rams

The Andrew Jackson Tigers will challenge the Englewood Rams at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for Andrew Jackson and five for Englewood.

Andrew Jackson couldn't beat Fernandina Beach on Tuesday even though they stacked four runs on them in the first inning. The Tigers came up short against the Pirates, falling 11-5.

Englewood couldn't beat Parker on Tuesday even though they stacked four runs on them in the first inning. The Rams lost 28-6 to the Braves.

Kammarria Pate made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. That RBI was her first of the season.

Englewood's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Andrew Jackson, their loss dropped their record down to 5-13.

Andrew Jackson was able to grind out a solid win over Englewood in their previous meeting back in March, winning 15-10. Do the Tigers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Rams turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
