Kayden Knight gave up the fewest hits he has since back in May of 2024 on Tuesday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out six batters over three innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit (and not a single walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Knight and Lexington will host Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
