Basketball Recap: Gordon Central Takes a Loss

Gordon Central lost against Christian Heritage back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Gordon Central Warriors took a 69-62 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Christian Heritage Lions. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 369th, while the Lions are ranked 132nd).

Gordon Central's defeat dropped their record down to 18-9. As for Christian Heritage, the win was the 16th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 23-1.

As of now, neither Gordon Central nor Christian Heritage have any future games scheduled.
