Softball Recap: Eldorado Comes Up Short

Eldorado lost against La Cueva on Saturday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Golden Eagles lost 15-3 to the Bears. The Golden Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Eldorado saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Alyssa Martinez, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Eldorado's loss dropped their record down to 9-9. As for La Cueva, the win (which was their 12th in a row) raised their record to 16-3.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Eldorado is set to face off against their familiar foe Sandia at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, La Cueva will square off against rival Capital at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
